The RSA EVSE Readiness Training Program is an intensive, in-person training program designed to help participants build the technical, safety, regulatory, and testing skills needed to support commercial electric vehicle charging infrastructure and pursue the NCWM Registered Service Agent (RSA) EVSE certification pathway.
The program is organized by Women Who Charge in partnership with Red Rocks Community College, the Colorado State Weights & Measures Program, and industry training partners. The full program is an 8-day, hands-on training experience that combines EVSE fundamentals, safety training, Weights & Measures, RSA preparation, EVSE testing, and career readiness.

The program is open to Colorado residents, with preference given to residents of the City and County of Denver based on available workforce-development incentives.

No, the EVSE Repair Training Program is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

The full 8-day RSA EVSE Readiness Training fee is $2,100 per participant. Payment must be received before enrollment can be processed.
The 3.5-day EVSE Industry Professional Track is $900 per participant.
Early Bird: 100% refund if canceled at least 45 days before the training start date.
Regular: 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the training start date.
Late: No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before the training start date.
Waitlist: Students who are not admitted because the class reaches capacity will receive a full refund of class fees paid.
Force Majeure: Women Who Charge is not obligated to provide a refund in cases of force majeure, including events such as natural disasters or pandemics.
No Transferability: Training fees are not transferable to future sessions or other Women Who Charge programs.
No Payment Plans: Payment plans are not currently offered.
The Fall 2026 RSA EVSE Readiness Training will be held in person over 8 training days. On October 20th. 9am to 4pm. Mon - Friday, No weekends. 45 Min Lunch break daily.
Participants should plan to attend the entire program. Timeliness and consistent attendance are important because the program includes hands-on technical training and activities that build from one day to the next.
An online orientation will be held before the training. Accepted participants will receive the orientation date, time, and meeting link by email.
The training will be held in the conference room, on the 2nd floor, above the Women Who Charge office in Denver, Colorado.

Prior EV or EVSE experience is not required for the full 8-day program. The program is designed to provide the foundational EV and EVSE knowledge needed to prepare participants for the compliance and testing components of the training.
Experience in electrical work, EVSE, automotive technology, Weights & Measures, or another technical field is encouraged but not required.
The 3.5-day EVSE Industry Professional Track is intended for participants who already have significant EVSE experience, including EVSE electricians with EVITP certification and EVSE maintenance professionals.
Participants who successfully complete the applicable training requirements will receive OSHA 10 training and a Women Who Charge certificate of completion for the RSA EVSE Readiness Training Program.
The program also prepares participants to take the NCWM Registered Service Agent (RSA) EVSE examination. The online RSA examination will be administered as part of the training program.
Passing the RSA examination is not guaranteed. Completion of the Women Who Charge training does not automatically result in RSA certification. Participants who pass the examination may continue through the applicable RSA authorization process.
The program also provides hands-on EVSE testing experience and training in Weights & Measures, EVSE compliance, inspection procedures, documentation, and reporting.
In person attendance is mandatory for successful completion of the RSA EV Training.
Due to the intensive and hands-on nature of the 8 day curriculum, participants are allowed no more than one absence throughout the duration of the program.
Missed quizzes and tests cannot be made up on any missed days. These assessments are integral components of the learning process and contribute significantly to the overall evaluation of participant performance.
Failure to attend the required number of classes will result in ineligibility for a certificate of completion. Consistent attendance is essential for gaining the necessary knowledge and skills to become a proficient RSA.

Most of the training will be indoors but 15% will be in the field. Please dress appropriately for all class and hands-on training.
