RSA EVSE Readiness Training

RSA EVSE Readiness Training

EV Charging Compliance Agent

Bridge the Gap in EV Charging Compliance:

Colorado’s growing EV charging network is creating new opportunities for workers who understand both EV charging technology and commercial measurement requirements. As new retail EV charging requirements take effect, the industry needs qualified professionals who can support EVSE testing, inspection, commissioning, and compliance.

Become a Part of the Solution:

Our 8-day RSA EVSE Readiness Training Program helps bridge the gap between existing technical skills and the specialized knowledge needed to work in EV charging compliance. Participants will learn EV and EVSE fundamentals, Level 2 and DC fast charging infrastructure, electrical and high-voltage safety, OSHA 10, lockout/tagout, Weights & Measures requirements, EVSE testing procedures, compliance reporting, and the RSA inspection process.

The program includes classroom instruction, hands-on experience with EVSE testing equipment, instruction from industry and regulatory professionals, and preparation for the NCWM RSA examination.

What You’ll Gain:

  • 8 days of intensive, in-person training.
  • OSHA 10 safety training, including electrical and high-voltage safety and lockout/tagout.
  • Hands-on EVSE testing experience using charging equipment and testing tools.
  • RSA exam preparation: Red Rocks Community College will provide its RSA and Weights & Measures curriculum and exam preparation.
  • State inspection experience: Colorado’s Weights & Measures program will demonstrate the EVSE testing process using field equipment.
  • Increased job opportunities: Build skills that employers in EVSE installation, commissioning, field service, maintenance, and compliance are seeking.
  • RSA certification pathway: Participants will be prepared to take the NCWM RSA EVSE examination. Passing the examination is not guaranteed.
